This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of programs and portfolios that will directly enhance visibility of progress, deadlines, and costs across multiple agile projects.

• Coordination of external consulting firms in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams, ensuring that partners meet the agreed-upon scope and technical quality.

• Development of metrics and measurement artifacts aimed at transforming agile progress into clear performance and governance indicators for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in project management (traditional/classical), with proven experience in managing programs or multiple simultaneous projects (portfolio).

• Prior experience in managing suppliers or external consultancies.

• Mastery of classical management methodologies (PMBOK) and agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

• Ability to create and report performance indicators (KPIs), financial health, and schedules (Gantt, Burndown, Velocity).

• Familiarity with ticket and portfolio management tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar).

• Sharp organizational skills, excellent negotiation capabilities with external partners, and an analytical profile to convert technical data into executive reports.

• Certifications such as PMP or in agile methodologies (PSM, CSM, PACC).

• Experience in software development companies.
