This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing all technology project processes, from execution to delivery, ensuring accountability for deadlines, quality, team management, resources, and related activities.

• Assist in defining and maintaining the Roadmap for concurrently developed products;

• Support the strategy for the sequential deployment of software versions;

• Plan the delivery of versions for implementation;

• Aid in prioritizing the product backlog;

• Assist managers in planning, executing, and controlling projects, monitoring sprint progress to ensure commitments are met within deadlines, budget, and quality standards;

• Apply knowledge, skills, tools, and project management techniques to a wide array of tasks to meet requirements and deliver final results for assigned projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Information Technology or any higher education degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology, with a minimum of 360 hours.

• DESIRABLE CERTIFICATION: PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM I, SAFe Agilist.

• Desired experience: 5 years in technology project management, including leading technical teams, planning deliveries, and monitoring scope, cost, deadlines, and quality.

• MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE: Project Management based on PMBOK or equivalent; Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Lean Kanban, Lean Startup; Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Planner, Trello or equivalents; Techniques for earned value analysis, WBS, S-curve, stakeholder matrix; Basics of DevOps and continuous integration; Backlog management and prioritization in iterative cycles.
