📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of production facilities to guarantee reliability and consistency on the production line.

• Manage an operation, business unit, or segment of a production facility to achieve set targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety.

• Ensure ongoing business enhancements in line with benchmarks and standards.

• Lead and manage a team of salaried employees.

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of a technical discipline along with analytical skills and technical experience to implement policies and strategies.

• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

• May oversee small projects that carry low risks and require minimal resources.

• This position demands extensive experience in Manufacturing & Operation Management.

• Knowledge should be equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) is required.
