This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead and develop the high-ticket sales executive team;

• Proven experience in high-ticket sales;
• Real track record of leading consultative sales teams;
• Strong posture with the ability to direct, charge, and develop;
• Proficiency in CRM, cadence, and pipeline metrics;
• Fast-paced, analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate results;
• Familiarity with the aesthetic health audience (strong advantage);
• Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, and action-oriented;
