This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Spearhead consulting initiatives at hospital sites through observation and training.
• Spot opportunities to apply best practices in da Vinci surgery, focusing on standardization, operating room efficiency, staff training, cost management, and access oversight.
• Collaborate with hospital executives and leadership teams on strategies for leadership and communication in managing surgical service lines.
• Set the Genesis agenda for the region while prioritizing mandates and the allocation of Genesis resources.
• Execute Genesis program initiatives targeting strategically selected customers.
• Oversee complex, extended customer engagements that involve multiple departments and diverse solutions.
• Lead projects within departments and across functions to enhance Genesis processes, deliverables, and materials.
• Generate reports and analyze data in preparation for customer engagements.
• Provide in-person and/or remote consulting services, including Lean Preference Card development, system standardization proposals, par levels, and workflow consultations.
• Foster collaboration with Genesis and cross-functional team members to set and achieve implementation objectives.
• Onboard, mentor, and coach both new and existing team members.
• Participate in the training and rollout of new products and procedures.
• Establish expertise as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Genesis.
• Prepare analyses and proposals related to access management, present them to internal teams and hospitals, and drive change management and asset utilization efforts.
• Document customer complaints and escalate to the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Preferred B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent clinical/medical degree or relevant experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of documented professional experience in healthcare or hospital management, either in a B2B sales role or a managerial position within a hospital.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to operate effectively in an executive business environment and comprehend the operational needs of the operating room.
• Proven expertise in delivering consulting services that provide tangible value to clients.
• Capacity to maintain effective communication across various organizational levels.
• A commitment to training customers and peers, particularly in relation to advanced technology in a clinical setting.
• Skilled at identifying and understanding customer needs, motivating them to embrace new solutions.
• Proficient in planning, organizing, and managing highly complex and strategic projects involving multiple teams and individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results through others with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–70% of the time.
• May need to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.
