Generalist Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming requests from Support, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Perform independent technical investigations prior to escalation, which includes analyzing server logs and replicating scenarios.

• Decompose tasks and create clear written specifications for engineers.

• Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, ensuring they progress through to release.

• Track task statuses and maintain communication with stakeholders.

• Work closely with a distributed development team, QA, and first-line administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Project Management or Delivery within the fintech or banking sector.

• Excellent technical troubleshooting abilities, including log analysis and issue reproduction.

• Capability to investigate issues on your own before escalating.

• Proficiency in drafting clear and structured task specifications.

• Proficiency in Russian is essential.

• **Nice to Have**

• Familiarity with payment systems, including SWIFT, card processing, or core banking solutions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in regulatory environments across Central Asia, the CIS, or the EU.

• Background in cryptocurrency.
