This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy, commercial performance, product direction, and market narrative for Delinea’s Workforce portfolio.
• Responsible for fostering growth within this business and ensuring successful cross-functional execution.
• Create and maintain a detailed growth plan that includes target segments, key customers, partnership opportunities, pricing strategies, and significant product initiatives.
• Promote multi-product attachment and cross-selling within existing accounts, offering executive-level insight into performance, risks, and the necessary trade-offs to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
• Manage a rolling three-quarter roadmap and establish the strategic direction for Workforce solutions related to identity, session security, and privileged access.
• Convert CISO and customer demand signals into prioritized use cases, business cases, and investment proposals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Platform Product leaders to outline requirements for shared capabilities such as policy, MFA, and analytics.
• Control the Workforce market narrative and competitive positioning.
• Work alongside Marketing and Product Marketing on messaging, proof points, launch strategies, and customer success stories.
• Assist in strategic customer discussions, quarterly business reviews, advisory boards, and major enterprise initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of product and product marketing leaders, acting as the primary business owner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy for Workforce priorities.
• Influence without direct authority within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, general management, commercial leadership, or related roles in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure software.
• At least 3 years in a VP, GM, or similar position with responsibility for business outcomes, product strategy, or revenue performance.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise security stakeholders, including CISOs, Heads of Security, and identity leaders.
• Familiarity with PAM, IAM, zero trust, cloud security, session security, or similar cybersecurity fields.
• Proven capability to translate customer requirements and market cues into strategic direction, roadmap priorities, and effective commercial execution.
• Strong commercial focus on ARR growth, pipeline management, pricing and packaging, retention, expansion, and business planning.
• Established ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Executive presence with a talent for engaging customers, partners, analysts, field teams, and internal executives.
