This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and implement a thorough regional strategy for Psíquicos throughout LATAM and Iberia, advancing the brand’s vision and market growth.
• Take ownership of the brand’s public relations strategy in the region — sourcing and overseeing agencies, securing earned media, and shaping the public narrative across various markets.
• Create and manage the influencer marketing program: identify, negotiate, and foster long-term relationships with creators across diverse languages and cultural contexts.
• Collaborate closely with Ingenio’s marketing teams based in Israel to ensure alignment on brand positioning, campaigns, and performance marketing strategies.
• Act as the local business owner, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities for leadership.
• Establish a network of regional partners, vendors, and talent that can scale alongside the brand.
• Advocate for the regional customer’s voice, ensuring that product, marketing, and brand decisions are reflective of the cultural realities in each market.
• Keep informed about regional trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to guide brand strategy and pinpoint differentiation opportunities.
• Utilize data analysis and consumer insights to facilitate informed commercial decisions and strategic enhancements.
• Track performance metrics against business objectives to enhance outcomes.
• Assume responsibility for regional brand metrics, converting them into actionable goals that promote ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with the President of Barges and Ingenio leadership to determine and manage regional budgets, effectively allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
• At least 10 years of experience in business and marketing roles, ideally with a blend of brand-building, growth, and commercial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing brands, regions, or business lines in LATAM and/or Iberian markets.
• Native or fully fluent in Spanish; professional Portuguese is strongly preferred to effectively engage in Brazilian and Portuguese markets.
• Proficient in English at a professional level — daily collaboration with teams in Israel and the US is fundamental to this role.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in PR and influencer marketing within Spanish-speaking markets — established connections with agencies and creators across the region.
• Cross-cultural fluency: proven experience operating across multiple LATAM markets.
• Capable of functioning as an individual contributor with visibility at the C-level — you build, decide, and execute independently.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams across different geographies and cultures.
• Exhibit a data-driven approach to commercial leadership, utilizing insights to make informed decisions.
