This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take complete ownership of the initiative from start to finish as a business: Establish the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, driving this initiative to become a fundamental entry point into the platform with a noticeable impact on member engagement, care access, and client outcomes.
• Manage the operating system: Set objectives and KPIs, create a robust execution rhythm, and guarantee ongoing tracking, prioritization, and delivery across all work streams.
• Enhance product and clinical experience: Design the comprehensive member experience from the initial interaction through guidance and routing, ensuring clarity, safety, and effectiveness in how members recognize their needs and take action.
• Propel the intelligence layer: Collaborate closely with AI/ML and engineering teams to enhance decision quality, routing accuracy, and response consistency, balancing the speed of iteration with reliability and safety.
• Oversee performance and outcomes: Monitor and enhance key metrics such as adoption, resolution, routing quality, and time to appropriate care, ensuring the initiative contributes significantly to overall client ROI.
• Lead cross-functional efforts: Align Product, Engineering, Clinical, Growth, Operations, and Commercial teams, resolve trade-offs, and drive decisions that keep execution focused and effective.
• Act as a prominent leader: Communicate effectively, identify risks early, and uphold accountability for delivery and outcomes across stakeholders.
• Over 10 years of experience in product, strategy, operations, or general management: Including a substantial period in high-growth or fast-paced environments, with clear advancement into roles with greater responsibility.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product or business area: Proven history of managing a product or business area with measurable impact on growth, engagement, or cost outcomes.
• Strong experience in 0→1 and scaling: Proven ability to build new products or initiatives from their early stages and scale them into significant contributors to business impact.
• Entrepreneurial or builder mindset (preferred founder or equivalent experience): Experience functioning with high ownership, making decisions amidst uncertainty, and driving execution without predefined structures.
• Strong operational and execution discipline: Capability to convert ambiguous problems into clear action plans, establish priorities, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical experience with AI-driven products or systems: Familiarity with AI-based systems, with the ability to balance model performance, speed, and user experience.
• Ability to achieve outcomes through cross-functional teams: Experience in aligning Product, Engineering, Clinical or Operations, and Commercial stakeholders, and making decisions without relying on direct authority.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset: Proficient in defining KPIs, diagnosing performance issues, and using data to guide prioritization and adjustments.
• Experience in building and scaling teams or functions: Proven record of hiring, structuring, and developing teams with clear ownership and accountability.
• Comfort with ambiguity: Ability to create order where none exists, make decisions with incomplete information, and maintain progress in complex environments.
• Experience delivering intricate products or programs: Background in managing products that necessitate coordination across multiple systems, stakeholders, or external partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and ensure alignment across teams with varying priorities.
• Experience in healthcare ecosystems (preferred): Familiarity with care delivery, navigation, or benefits systems, including exposure to providers, payers, or healthcare data.
