This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for students and their families, ensuring strong engagement and maximizing student enrollment.
• Supervise and mentor a team of instructional and administrative personnel to foster a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere while providing a high-quality educational experience.
• Oversee the school’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, which includes data analysis, budget monitoring, and cost management to improve financial performance.
• Organize high-quality events to build a sense of community, inspire students, and encourage their ongoing involvement.
• Offer exceptional customer service, encompassing billing, schedule coordination, and clear, timely communication.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by establishing relationships within the local community, networking with local businesses, service organizations, and other educational institutions to enhance visibility, create performance opportunities, and drive the business forward.
• Recruit and onboard staff members, which includes hiring and training to ensure their success in their roles and contributions to the school’s achievements.
• Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion to foster a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.
• Achieve results through the management of educational and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee marketing, sales, and promotions to enhance school and student success.
• Manage staff and school facilities to guarantee a safe environment for all students, ensuring staff adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, or a customer service-related position.
• Proven experience in reviewing and managing a P&L or budget.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Strong expertise in recruiting and managing staff.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• A collaborative individual who thrives in diverse environments.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership qualities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Passion for and/or interest in music and the arts.
