• Propel sustainable revenue expansion for both B2C SaaS and self-serve B2B offerings.
• Spearhead growth strategies focused on: Product-Led Growth (PLG), Marketing-Led Growth, Customer Acquisition, Retention & Monetization.
• Collaborate closely with Product and System Operations teams to enhance user experience and boost growth metrics.
• Manage company operations, workflows, automations, and scalability initiatives.
• Work effectively alongside technical leadership and engineering teams.
• Promote operational excellence across various departments.
• Assist in developing scalable systems and internal processes to facilitate company growth.
• Background in B2C SaaS (preferred) or B2B SaaS with a strong focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG).
• Experience with self-serve subscription-based products.
• In-depth understanding of PLG environments where users can sign up, trial via free offers, and make independent purchases.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical stakeholders and customers.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering and technical teams.
• Proficient in English communication skills (C1+).
• Strong leadership and operational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions.
