This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement our Country strategy, encompassing sales, customer service delivery, KPI establishment, and recruitment.

• Create the ideal pipeline to achieve our ambitious sales objectives in the B2B sector. You will be expected to spearhead engagements with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market.

• Recruit the foundational country team responsible for sales and implementation efforts.

• Determine event priorities and identify where to allocate resources for brand visibility.

• Act as a representative of ElevenLabs at events and in media engagements.

• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to cultivate new partnerships and sales opportunities, in conjunction with the global business development team.

• Conceptualize, own, and drive significant initiatives within the country.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in leading teams and managing highly complex projects.

• Experience in consulting and sales.

• Extensive knowledge in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises.

• Possess an owner mentality. A proactive and self-starting individual who is eager to engage in hands-on work to achieve results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A practical leader who thinks creatively and strives to produce outcomes.

• Demonstrated capability to build and expand high-performing teams.

• Fluent in the local language.
