General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement our Country strategy, encompassing sales, customer service, KPI establishment, and recruitment.

• Create an effective pipeline to achieve our ambitious sales objectives in the B2B sector. In this capacity, you will be expected to lead engagements with the top 30 strategic accounts in the marketplace.

• Recruit the foundational country team tasked with sales and implementation responsibilities.

• Establish event priorities and identify areas for brand visibility investment.

• Act as a representative for ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances.

• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities, alongside the global BD team.

• Conceptualize, own, and drive significant initiatives within the country.

• Over 15 years of experience in leading teams and managing highly complex projects.

• Experience in consulting and sales.

• Extensive knowledge in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises.

• Owner mentality: a proactive, hands-on individual eager to engage directly to achieve results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A pragmatic leader who thinks innovatively and aims to deliver results.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams.

• Native fluency in the local language.
