General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• You will oversee all operations during your shift.

• This encompasses managing cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.

• Responsibilities include staffing, documentation, cost management, cash oversight, food management, adhering to schedules, maintaining a perfect image, and compliance with standards.

• Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, providing transportation to and from work, and maintaining store cleanliness.

• Capability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.

• Proficiency in verbal communication with customers and colleagues to effectively process orders both via phone and in person.

• A valid driver's license with a safe driving record that aligns with company standards.

• Navigational abilities to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
