This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Building and nurturing relationships with influential clinical thought leaders and administrative C-level executives.
• Creating proposals, preparing sales quotations, organizing customer meetings, and showcasing equipment capabilities.
• Meeting business objectives for the designated territory.
• Directing the development and implementation of strategic account plans to ensure the accomplishment of assigned business goals and budgets.
• Establishing, fostering, and maintaining long-term relationships with key management personnel within the customer organization.
• Sharing current market intelligence with various decision-makers within each account.
• Supporting management in formulating sales plans and strategies, as well as developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
• Leading territory team reviews and updates of the account plan in response to evolving market conditions, customer situations, and competitive activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an advanced degree if required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in selling imaging capital equipment to hospitals.
• A consultative approach to customer interactions, with experience in developing and closing substantial contracts.
• Proven track record of carrying large quotas and managing long sales cycles, along with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding those quotas.
• Must possess experience with sales quotas and forecasting.
• Familiarity with diagnostic imaging products and system applications.
• Strong preference for candidates with hospital consultative services experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned major (corporate) customer.
• Understanding of budget processes related to customer purchasing decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
