• Over 15 years of advancing legal experience in technology, AI, or government contracting.

• Extensive knowledge in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.

• Strong grasp of federal procurement law, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations.

• Demonstrated capability to offer practical legal counsel in a fast-paced setting.
