Gen AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI copilots for Dev/QA and RAG solutions across repositories.

• Build automation agents for processes such as post-sales, claims, deliveries, and suppliers.

• Implement security controls and AI governance (permissions, costs, assessment, and traceability).

• Create knowledge bases, RAG, and deployment strategies.

• Measure business impact through KPIs such as TTR, SLA, and reduction of rework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG architectures.

• Knowledge in prompt engineering, assessment, and AI governance.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and workflows.

• University education / Professional qualifications.
