Gen AI Creative Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to grasp workflows, challenges, and operational needs.

• Conduct workflow audits and capability evaluations.

• Determine how GenAI, agents, or automation can significantly enhance quality, efficiency, or scalability.

• Convert operational challenges into actionable technical implementation strategies.

• Design and develop production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems.

• Create repeatable, scalable frameworks that support various brands, markets, and channels.

• Oversee workflow governance, quality assurance, and the reliability of implemented systems.

• Set technical standards and best practices for constructing and maintaining agents and workflows.

• Conduct training, workshops, and office hours to assist teams in adopting new systems.

• Manage technical documentation, playbooks, and guides for internal and client use.

• Facilitate change management as new tools and workflows are introduced.

• Serve as the technical expert on GenAI capabilities, limitations, and constraints.

• Assess emerging AI models, platforms, and tools for technical compatibility and scalability.

• Stress-test new features and provide structured technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

• Identify architectural enhancements for existing agents, workflows, and systems.

• Represent the technical roadmap for creative technology within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in advertising creative development.

• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Gemini.

• Experience with GenAI techniques like model selection and prompting.

• Any practical experience using GenAI to produce real-world advertising creative.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Strong personal communication and management abilities.

• Preference for candidates with prior agency experience.

• Excellent written English skills for effective communication with clients and team members.

• Access to a dependable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.

• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a positive outlook on the role of GenAI in creativity.
