This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Oversees client relationships and the daily management of allocated Global Capital Markets (GCM) accounts.
• Acts as the primary liaison between the client and both internal and external service partners.
• Engages in the development and delivery of cutting-edge products and/or services.
• Monitors relevant administrative and operational systems, databases, and activities associated with accounts.
• Reviews, analyzes, and provides feedback to legal counsel regarding the negotiation and drafting of operational documents and agreements.
• Ensures the coordination of activities aimed at monitoring risks and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Investigates and resolves issues pertaining to the control and client service aspects of assigned accounts.
• Collaborates with external stakeholders to structure and finalize GCM transactions promptly.
• Executes various account administration tasks, including timely cash flow execution and fee billing.
• Assesses fees for appropriateness and adherence to fee schedules.
• Nurtures relationships and fosters connections with current and prospective clients.
• Provides coverage and assistance for other Relationship Managers.
• Represents GCM at transaction closings and client meetings.
• Participates in Divisional and Departmental projects as assigned.
• Directs and/or supervises less experienced Relationship Managers and Client Administrators.
• Identifies risk-related issues that require escalation to management.
• Designs, implements, maintains, and enhances internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 3 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• High level of proficiency with personal computers and relevant software applications.
• Strong proficiency and experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Strategic thinking abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience (preferred).
• CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification (preferred).
