This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Optimize site of care (SOC) opportunities in line with product labeling, strategic goals, and company policies.
• Implement defined Management by Objectives (MBOs).
• Provide an overview of therapeutic practices and clinical procedures related to infusion for assigned SOC customers/partners; collaborate with the Medical Affairs team as needed.
• Identify deficiencies in current SOC networks and devise strategies to broaden SOC options.
• Implement national partnership contracts at the local level.
• Create a business case to support contracts, execute, and manage them to ensure optimal outcomes, if applicable.
• Conduct proactive and continuous education related to access, including coding and billing, and hold quarterly business reviews with SOC administrative leaders.
• Comprehend healthcare issues/strategies, customer challenges/trends, and best practices to build credibility beyond product and therapeutic areas.
• Act as the primary contact with sales, patient services, and reimbursement access functions for assigned SOC customers/partners.
• Assess, develop, monitor, and evaluate partnerships/business plans within designated customer/partner accounts to align with established objectives (profit, growth, value).
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with the appropriate individuals within accounts to meet the business needs of the customer/partner and AbbVie through a collaborative approach while driving results.
• Create and present business reviews/presentations to customers/partners based on shared needs/benefits.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with market access/site of care customer segments and reimbursement (commercial and government payers, billing/coding) for infused products is required.
• Direct experience in identifying and activating sites of care in various infusion service areas, such as National and/or regional infusion service provider sites (e.g., SPPs, Infusion Management Companies).
• Experience with individual buy and bill physician office practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions while understanding when supervisory input is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments, demonstrating integrity in the workplace.

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with an ability to identify issues within the context of higher-level policies and regulations.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills to operate within time-sensitive deadlines.
