This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Overseeing the execution of all GIS service activities at customer locations

• Ensuring consistent delivery and environmental safeguarding throughout all operations

• Maintaining the integrity of SQDC performance - Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost

• Serving as a key on-site leader to uphold high technical and environmental standards

• Managing non-conformities (NCPs), facilitating prompt resolution, and ensuring accurate closure and reporting

• Coordinating daily field resources to optimize project success

• Generating clear and timely reports on project progress and site variations

• Conducting investigative site visits for assessing equipment conditions

• Contributing to the evaluation and performance reviews of contractors

• Safety-oriented and highly skilled GIS specialist

• Prior hands-on GIS experience, preferably authorized on GEV equipment (T155, F35, B105)

• Strong expertise in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of HV plants

• Solid engineering foundation (C&G/ONC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)

• IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS certifications

• Comprehensive understanding of CDM regulations and site leadership responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to lead field teams, manage subcontractors, and supervise apprentices

• Proficient in substation primary plant construction, secondary wiring, and investigative site work

• Valid passport and driving license

• Willingness to travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments
