This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with our Senior NP Content Editor and nursing content team to pinpoint curricular subjects that require practice test question banks or additional lessons that engage and educate learners.
• Create exceptional board-review and refresher materials for PMHNP students and practicing clinicians.
• Take the lead in the development, review, and upkeep of educational resources, including digital, print, and multimedia formats.
• Utilize your expertise to evaluate author-submitted PMHNP content across various specialties for accuracy and clarity, and confirm final reviews.
• Ensure all materials adhere to high-quality standards and reflect evidence-based practices, current research, and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to validate clinical content.
• Manage multiple content development initiatives, guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with quality benchmarks.
• Monitor and report on project advancements, proactively addressing any challenges.
• Conduct regular assessments to keep content accurate, relevant, and accessible for a diverse audience of learners.
• Stay informed about the latest changes in PMHNP practices.
• Participate in continuous learning regarding nursing education methodologies, emerging healthcare trends, and innovative teaching techniques.
• Assist the content marketing team in creating materials.
• Master's or doctorate-prepared NP.
• Active RN/APRN licensure in good standing.
• Board-certified as a PMHNP.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health or related fields.
• Preferred experience in curriculum development for graduate-level nursing courses or nursing education.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards for PMHNP programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong passion for graduate-level nursing education.
• Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable using collaborative tools such as Google Docs and capable of working with remote and distributed teams.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to stay focused and achieve set goals.
