This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• We have a compelling narrative to share, and we are looking for a professional to create the engine that communicates it.
• In the role of Content Marketing Manager, you will influence how Workleap presents itself throughout the marketing funnel: from thought leadership to paid campaigns, customer communications, and everything in between.
• You will identify the angles worth exploring, determine the appropriate formats, and ensure the content is distributed across all deserving channels.
• Your responsibilities will include auditing existing content, establishing production schedules, and developing the distribution strategy that fuels the entire marketing ecosystem.
• We will collaborate to set the strategy together. You will bring strong ideas about what to communicate, the reasons behind it, and the best formats to use.
• You will create and manage a content engine that maximizes the value of a single idea, transforming internal insights, product launches, and expert knowledge into multi-format assets consistently across various channels.
• You will choose the medium that best fits the objective, understanding when a message works best as written content, visuals, in-person interactions, or video.
• You will discover compelling angles to pursue and help shape our narrative by mapping internal content sources, co-developing plans with the Head of Marketing, and owning the distribution logic that supports paid, growth, and customer marketing efforts.
• You will convert internal expertise into engaging content by identifying product leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to showcase and support the framework that elevates their presence.
• You will be responsible for performance tracking and reporting, using your insights to refine angles, formats, and our future investment directions.
• You will integrate AI into the content workflow, from research and signal detection to drafting and distribution, utilizing your judgment to discern where AI can provide leverage, where human authorship is necessary, and which format best suits a specific objective.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or a content-related role encompassing multiple formats.
• Strong editorial instinct: you possess the ability to discern what resonates in a message and can identify story angles in various contexts.
• Demonstrated copywriting skills in both long-form and short-form formats.
• An understanding of medium: you can determine when an idea is best conveyed through writing, visuals, or video, and you can produce or direct accordingly.
• Autonomy and a proactive approach: you take charge of building briefs, pitching ideas, and managing projects from inception to completion.
• Proficient with AI content tools as a practitioner, possessing the judgment to elevate outputs beyond generic AI standards into something authentic and distinctive.
• Comfortable navigating a dynamic and ambiguous environment where the playbook is still evolving.
• Bonus: Proficiency in French.
• Participate in a Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) that allows you to share in Workleap's sustained growth.
• Comprehensive RRSP, family health insurance, telemedicine services, and an annual wellness budget.
• Flexible vacation policy tailored to your needs.
• Option for remote work, with access to our Montreal office.
• Opportunities for in-person gatherings twice a year.
• Access to Claude for everyone.
