Gamer Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Deliver group coaching services in accordance with Healthy Gamer Coaching Standards and the HG Institute Curriculum.

• Offer client-focused group coaching for individuals seeking assistance with life purpose, motivation, confidence, self-esteem, communication, follow-through, and interpersonal relationships.

• Conduct coaching services based on a self-directed schedule.

• Maintain appropriate documentation for coaching services provided.

• Establish and manage your own schedule, including the ability to reschedule client appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Coaching Certification from an accredited certifying organization such as ICF, NBHWC, etc.

• Experience in delivering mental health coaching and/or life coaching within a group environment.

• Uphold professional and ethical standards in relation to clients.

• Demonstrate present and engaged listening abilities.

• Experience interacting with a diverse array of clients and customers while maintaining professionalism.

• Exhibit respect, kindness, open-mindedness, and acceptance towards individuals from various backgrounds and identities.

• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of following through on commitments.

• Proficient in providing effective written and verbal communication.

• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of internet communication.

• Bilingual skills are a plus, though not mandatory.

• Must operate as an Independent Contractor.
