This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Offer continuous coaching support along with practical advice on project management abilities, communication, and professionalism.
• Identify and address talent performance challenges through personalized coaching and tailored resources.
• Analyze past performance of talent to assess network status.
• Review interview recordings to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and regulations.
• Assist in the design and implementation of live webinars and group coaching sessions.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming coaching requests, selecting the most suitable coaching approach.
• Document coaching activities to assess their impact and scale programs in a manner that demonstrates a positive ROI.
• Monitor processes to identify opportunities for enhancing Talent Coaching operations.
• Onboard and integrate into Toptal.
• Familiarize yourself with the talent journey, coaching platforms, systems, team structures, objectives, and processes.
• Shadow coaching conversations and provide feedback through Zoom, email, and Slack.
• Deliver front-line coaching, specialized cross-functional support, interview preparation, and prioritize coaching requests.
• Curate and improve resources available to talent.
• Provide coaching assistance for intricate productivity challenges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the Talent Coaching role.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management, in-house coaching, or HR business partner roles.
• Experience with technical talent or an understanding of technical skill sets is advantageous.
• A customer-centric mindset and advocacy for talent.
• Exceptional communication abilities and excellent etiquette in video chats, Slack, and email.
• Capability to conduct feedback sessions objectively and guide talent towards constructive actions.
• An action-oriented coaching approach with the ability to translate feedback into precise, actionable plans.
• Aptitude for making decisions with limited data while aligning with team objectives and priorities.
• Resourceful and capable of thriving in a distributed workforce environment.
• Quick adaptability to changing processes and priorities.
