Game Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the game development timeline to guarantee on-time project delivery.

• Detect and address production challenges or bottlenecks that may hinder development progress.

• Responsible for maintaining the team's task management system and other essential project documentation.

• Organize and lead team meetings to review project progress and tackle any issues that arise.

• Ensure effective communication with other departments involved in the game's creation.

• Conduct postmortems following game completion to pinpoint process enhancements and proactively address recurring challenges.

• Engage in playtesting and offer insights on the game’s mathematics, mechanics, gameplay flow, and visual elements.

• Continuously play competitors’ games in both the iGaming and land-based sectors to remain updated on industry trends and innovative mechanics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Game Producer or in a comparable project management position.

• Bachelor's degree in Game Production, Project Management, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of the game development life cycle and production methodologies.

• Strong project management capabilities, including expertise with tools like JIRA.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in articulating complex technical concepts to international stakeholders.

• Genuine passion for gaming and staying informed about industry trends, emerging game mechanics, and player expectations.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects at once.

• Ability to navigate effortlessly between strategic and detailed perspectives.

• Excellent organizational skills and structure in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to give, receive, and act on constructive feedback effectively.
