Game Operations Analyst – Trading Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify vulnerabilities in PrizePicks games (edges) and monitor members who are exploiting these vulnerabilities.

• Review and assess escalated members from Game Operations Analysts, providing recommendations for necessary actions.

• Conduct analyses of our current ruleset structure and offer actionable suggestions to enhance member experience and increase revenue.

• Detect coordinated member behaviors (such as sharp discords and multi-accounting).

• Collaborate with the Analytics team to create more effective trading methods and tools (including models, algorithms, rounding, and industry benchmarks).

• Work closely with Game Operations Analysts to share insights and findings.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in sports gaming, player prop, and daily fantasy sports industries.

• Strong pattern recognition skills with the ability to swiftly respond to observed trends.

• Capability to analyze multiple streams of information simultaneously and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends in alignment with sports schedules.

• Willingness to learn new or updated software applications.

• Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is preferred but not mandatory.
