This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee ongoing monitoring of live dealer games, table operations, and related devices.
• Design and execute protocols alongside advanced fraud detection systems to recognize irregular gameplay or questionable activities.
• Ensure adherence to all regulations and internal controls.
• Set KPIs and risk thresholds for actionable alerts.
• Lead investigations into dealer misconduct, player collusion, device tampering, or system breaches.
• Examine gameplay logs, video footage, wagering information, and device telemetry to compile case files.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Technical teams to ensure effective resolutions.
• Draft comprehensive incident reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise surveillance and analytical tools for game outcomes and equipment integrity.
• Establish stringent security measures for gaming equipment (RNGs, shufflers, cameras) to prevent compromise.
• Guarantee secure device configurations and uphold strict chain-of-custody protocols.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise the Game Integrity Analyst team.
• Provide continuous training on fraud detection and investigative best practices.
• Manage all necessary documentation and reporting for regulatory compliance.
• Assist in conducting regulatory and internal audits.
• Utilize data analytics to proactively detect and enhance fraud detection measures.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-stakes regulated environment, such as casino operations, gaming surveillance, risk management, or compliance.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams within a regulated gaming framework.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional table games (e.g., blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and their related gaming procedures.
• Expertise in fraud detection techniques, advanced surveillance methods, and gaming regulations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex, large datasets and accurately identify irregular patterns.
• Outstanding skills in investigation, problem-solving, and incident reporting.
