This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop vision documents, product objectives, and design documentation to guide contributors.
• Ensure that the design prioritizes a gameplay-centric player experience.
• Take ownership of, articulate, and advocate for the product's direction.
• Be versatile and adaptable to maximize impact when required.
• Ensure the game team concentrates on decisions that yield the greatest impact in the shortest time.
• Serve as a player advocate to guarantee the highest levels of usability, playability, and visual appeal.
• Create standards and design frameworks for a fun and balanced experience for players.
• Provide constructive criticism on game features and be open to receiving feedback in return.
• Identify and promote game enhancements and improvements to key stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and clearly within teams, across departments, and with the game community.
• Over 3 years of experience in game development.
• Capable of developing and advocating for a robust design vision that integrates core gameplay mechanics with live operations and monetization strategies.
• Exceptional self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills in a challenging technical setting.
• Must consistently deliver systems and features that meet high quality standards.
• Strong capability to analyze and adjust designs based on feedback and data insights.
• Collaborative, self-driven, with effective time management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and development methodologies.
• A passion for gaming and a commitment to creating enjoyable and engaging experiences.
• Prior experience in a management role.
