GAAP and Financial Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance of development cost ledgers and project accounting documentation.

• Monitor the inflow and outflow of funds.

• Create financial schedules and provide necessary supporting documentation.

• Aid in processing project draw requests and funding requisitions.

• Reconcile development expenses with budgets and financing sources.

• Generate variance analyses and financial reports.

• Assist with inquiries from investors, lenders, and auditors.

• Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting is necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting is essential.

• Experience in real estate or construction accounting is preferred.
