
Fusion Sales Account Executive – Midmarket

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify opportunities within assigned accounts and explore divisions, teams, and workflows where Autodesk currently has no presence.
• Manage Fusion deals from initiation to closure, acting as the primary seller or collaborating with the Midmarket AE.
• Develop coordinated account strategies with Midmarket AEs and implement proactive joint initiatives.
• Engage with various departments including engineering, operations, manufacturing, R&D, and IT to quickly identify challenges, build advocates, and generate deal momentum.
• Facilitate impactful customer discussions regarding Fusion’s cloud-native, AI-driven platform.
• Collaborate with Fusion technical sellers to provide compelling demonstrations and confirm requirements.
• Maintain exceptional pipeline management, qualification standards, and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
• Utilize modern sales tools such as Outreach, Consensus, and Gong.
• Proven history of exceeding quotas in midmarket or comparable sales environments.
• Experience with overlay or co-selling strategies and the capability to drive deals in a shared ownership framework.
• Strong prospecting skills with the ability to discover hidden workflows, new divisions, and avenues for expansion.
• Confidence in selling to engineering, design, manufacturing, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to influence various levels within a customer’s organization and facilitate quick decision-making.
• Enthusiasm for cloud-native, AI-enhanced manufacturing tools and the transformative impact they are having.
• High levels of competitiveness, urgency, and resilience throughout multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in either Dutch or a Nordic language.
