Funnel & Conversion Specialist, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop customer journeys for LLP.

• You will enhance funnel structures to achieve peak conversion rates.

• You will integrate Ads, CRM, and landing pages into a seamless, end-to-end process.

• You will design and refine landing pages (headline testing, layout) and manage the technical setup for webinars.

• You will conduct conversion optimizations utilizing A/B tests, heatmaps, and tracking methods.

• You will consistently analyze funnel data and provide optimization suggestions.

• You will collaborate closely with copywriters (content) and creative producers (design).

• You will adopt a customer-centric approach and question: “Where might prospects lose interest?”

• Proven experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and funnel structures.

• Technical proficiency and hands-on experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and tracking tools.

• An analytical mindset with the capability to assess funnel data and generate actionable insights.

• You demonstrate resilience and adaptability to confidently navigate challenging situations.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum of C1 level is required.
