This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identifying, researching, and nurturing new income sources.
• Locating and securing additional prospects by exploring various networks and sectors.
• Implementing and managing an effective account plan for each supporter while providing financial income and expenditure reports for each donor.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure excellent and consistent supporter stewardship.
• Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and major donors.
• Collaborating with broader fundraising networks and communities to pinpoint engagement opportunities.
• Organizing and overseeing fundraising events.
• Managing and supporting volunteers.
• Occasional paid international travel with potential donors and deployments.
• Performing any other duties as directed by and agreed upon with the National Fundraising Manager UK.
• Experience in effectively managing a diverse portfolio of donors and prospects is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster long-lasting relationships.
• Experience in event and project management.
• Previous experience in managing a demanding workload.
• Forward-thinking, strategic, and innovative mindset.
• Excellent written and presentation abilities.
• Strong research skills.
• Basic experience with Excel spreadsheets.
• Organized, punctual, and capable of multitasking.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
