Funding Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transaction cycle from Ready to Process through Funding Approval, ensuring prompt processing and high-quality funding approvals.

• Organize and manage the hiring, training, mentoring, performance evaluation, ongoing education, and career advancement of the Funding Specialist Team.

• Create and sustain training materials, guides, and progress tracking reports.

• Cultivate and guide Funding Specialists and Lead Funding Specialists towards independent performance management.

• Track the productivity, quality, and empathy demonstrated by Funding Specialists.

• Ensure the efficient handling of assignments and manage work order caseloads, reallocating responsibilities as needed.

• Arrange temporary coverage to guarantee that orders are processed promptly and with a high level of quality and compassion.

• Regularly coordinate and communicate Key Performance Indicators with the team and stakeholders.

• Compute and request monthly bonus payments for direct reports.

• Manage the credit exception process to facilitate expedited delivery when suitable and directed.

• Address employee and client conflicts, appropriately escalating unresolved issues.

• Execute payroll and administrative duties for direct reports.

• Engage in ongoing education, complete NSM University courses, and investigate payer issues and updates.

• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Division Funding Director with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations.

• 2 years of experience managing at least 10 direct reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Capable of reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions, and governmental regulations.

• Must comply with the work from home policy and its requirements.

• Expected to maintain regular and reliable attendance.

• Must achieve minimum productivity and quality benchmarks.
