Funding Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the transaction cycle time (TCT) from Ready to Process through to Funding Approval.

• Facilitates and oversees the recruitment, training, mentoring, performance evaluation, ongoing education, and career growth of the Funding Specialist Team.

• Creates and maintains training resources, manuals, and progress tracking systems.

• Manages the career development of Funding Specialists and Lead Funding Specialists to ensure effective performance management.

• Assesses the productivity, quality, and empathy displayed by Funding Specialists.

• Ensures the productivity of Funding Specialist assignments and allocates work order caseloads appropriately.

• Arranges temporary coverage to guarantee timely processing of all orders.

• Communicates Key Performance Indicators to the direct report team and relevant stakeholders.

• Oversees the credit exception process to ensure expedited delivery when applicable.

• Handles conflict resolution for employees and clients.

• Manages payroll and administrative tasks for all direct reports.

• Commits to personal continuing education in relation to job responsibilities.

• Executes any related job assignments as directed by the Division Funding Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in operations related to Complex Rehab Technology Funding.

• 2 years of experience managing at least 10 direct reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Capability to review, analyze, and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions, and government regulations.
