Funding Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transaction cycle from Ready to Process through to Funding Approval, ensuring that processing is timely and that funding approvals are of high quality.

• Organize and manage the hiring, training, mentoring, performance evaluations, ongoing education, and career advancement of the Funding Specialist Team.

• Create and maintain training resources, manuals, and progress tracking systems.

• Supervise Funding Specialists and Lead Funding Specialists to foster self-sufficient performance management.

• Track productivity, quality, and compassion metrics.

• Manage work order caseloads and adjust responsibilities as needed.

• Coordinate temporary cover for roles to ensure timely and quality order processing.

• Regularly share Key Performance Indicators with the team and stakeholders.

• Calculate and request monthly bonus payments for direct reports.

• Oversee the credit exception process when necessary.

• Address employee and client conflicts, escalating unresolved matters as required.

• Execute payroll and administrative tasks for direct reports.

• Engage in continuing education and research updates related to payer issues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Division Funding Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations.

• 2 years of experience managing a team of at least 10 direct reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions, and governmental regulations.

• Must meet established productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

• Adherence to the work-from-home policy and its requirements is essential.
