This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and enhance deals as they progress through each stage of the funding funnel.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with ISO sales representatives and decision-makers to secure funding opportunities.
• Actively engage with ISO sales representatives to strive for success through exceptions to deal terms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our ISO partners.
• Work closely with the underwriting team to foster profitable volume.
• Manage the flow of deal requirements and assist in keeping the sales pipeline moving efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Respond with urgency to ensure swift replies to requests, both internally and externally.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, deal desk, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, texts, and chats.
• Experience with a high volume of short sales cycle deal management.
• Proven ability to meet task volume and response time metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive individual with strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Exceptional phone etiquette.
• Strong customer service skills with the capability to effectively handle challenging conversations and objections.
