Functional Medicine Practitioner – MD/DO or NP Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Telehealth Consultations: Leverage clinical knowledge to perform thorough telehealth sessions through phone and/or video, in compliance with state telemedicine regulations.

• Patient Assessments: Conduct detailed evaluations to gain insight into patients' medical histories, lifestyle influences, and genetic factors.

• Personalized Treatment Plans: Create and execute tailored care strategies that include nutritional therapy, lifestyle changes, stress management techniques, and supplements.

• Patient Education: Inform and empower patients about health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multi Medical Licensure: Must be active and in good standing.

• Board Certification: Must be certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty.

• Functional Medicine Training and Certification: Possess certification or significant training in Functional Medicine.

• Experience: At least 1 year of telehealth experience and 3-5 years in clinical practice, emphasizing integrative and holistic medicine principles.

• Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using telehealth platforms and adaptable to changing protocols and workflows.
