This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• **Broadpin WE Academy** serves as our internal training initiative tailored for **recent graduates** eager to embark on a career in IT. This program emphasizes the cultivation of new talent through structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience with **JD Edwards (ERP)**.

• You will kick off your journey with a **1-month training period** and will receive a **full-time permanent (indefinite) contract from day one**. No previous professional experience is necessary — we seek motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about learning and growing.

• Throughout the course of the program, you will acquire both the technical and professional skills essential for launching your career as a **Functional Consultant**, while being nurtured in a collaborative, international, and dynamic environment.

• During the training phase, you will be instructed on utilizing JD Edwards, comprehending business processes, and engaging with ERP systems.

• As a **Functional Consultant**, your responsibilities will include:

• - Assisting end users

• - Diagnosing issues

• - Recognizing opportunities for process enhancements

• - Executing effective solutions

• - A university degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline

• - An upper-intermediate (B2) level of English is required
