Functional Consultant – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire implementation process — from grasping client needs to ensuring seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and ongoing enhancements.

• Simplify complexity into straightforward solutions — develop scalable, customized solutions that resonate with customer workflows and business objectives.

• Work in close collaboration with our engineering team to address technical hurdles, tailor the system to clients’ specific processes, and guarantee successful integration with current systems.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients — foresee their needs, uncover insights, and help them unlock the full potential of blp’s automation.

• Team up with sales to create customized implementation strategies that meet customer requirements and foster deep product usage.

• Contribute to the product feedback loop — transform feedback into long-term enhancements to perpetually advance our platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.

• Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects at once.

• Demonstrated ability to work across different functions and manage various stakeholders effectively.

• Strong analytical and communication skills — adept at converting business requirements into technical actions.

• Fluent in both German and English, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to engage with and present to native-speaking clients.

• Experience in ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a significant advantage.

• Practical experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a considerable asset.
