This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the administration of Atlassian products and assist clients with their implementation to enhance their business processes.
• Provide scheduled on-call support during off hours and respond to service outage incidents to ensure compliance with contracted SLAs.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives across the team and organization to identify, develop, and deliver services and solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
• Obtain Atlassian certification by successfully passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams and maintain certification by earning additional Atlassian Pro Skills badges.
• Offer support to the Sales team for proposals, renewals, and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Generate informative and engaging original marketing content related to the Atlassian ecosystem, including quarterly blog posts, white papers, and other requested materials.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service or help desk role.
• Prior experience as a Jira administrator is preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage time and expectations with both internal resources and clients.
• Capable of managing multiple clients and issues concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business operations audiences.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex problems to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Proven ability to administer Atlassian products and provide strategic guidance for long-term utilization.
• Offer clients advice on best practices, guidelines, and recommendations.
