Functional Analyst Specialist – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Salesforce Functional Analyst specializing in Communications Cloud.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with the technical team and various business units.

• Convert business needs into precise functional requirements for Salesforce implementation.

• Conduct functional configuration of the Salesforce platform, including flows, objects, fields, validation rules, layouts, and declarative automation.

• Assist the technical team with detailed functional specifications and validation of proposed solutions.

• Support refinements, ensure functional alignment, and participate in the project's agile ceremonies alongside the Project Lead.

• Guarantee that solutions comply with the client’s business processes and Salesforce best practices.

• Aid in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and follow up during the go-live phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce as a Functional Analyst or in a similar capacity.

• Background in eliciting and documenting functional requirements.

• Experience with Salesforce projects in medium- to high-complexity corporate settings.

• Functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• Familiarity or strong experience with Salesforce solutions tailored for the Telecom industry (Communications Cloud).

• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

• Demonstrated proactivity, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
