Functional Analyst – Peoplesoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer application support and resolve issues for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and address production incidents and service requests

• Design, develop, test, and implement minor customizations, enhancements, and bug fixes

• Configure PeopleSoft functionalities to align with business and operational needs

• Develop and sustain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Integration Broker services, BI Publisher reports, SQRs, and SQL scripts

• Assist with system upgrades, patches, regulatory updates, and environment migrations

• Maintain security roles, user access, workflows, and system settings

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and facilitate testing activities

• Create and update technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles

• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, security policies, and change management protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years of technical support and development experience with PeopleSoft

• Comprehensive knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL

• Experience providing support for PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules in a production setting

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor

• Familiarity with FSCM modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Asset Management

• Knowledge of Oracle databases, PeopleSoft PUM updates, and application upgrades

• Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise integrations

• Proactive, customer-oriented approach that balances operational support, technical development, and continuous improvement
