This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver analytical and instructional assistance while enhancing Army Vantage skills through practical execution.
• Aid in the configuration, updates, and reuse of dashboards.
• Contribute to the preparation of training materials and documentation.
• Support data validation, quality assurance checks, and the creation of sustainment artifacts.
• Facilitate the handoff of analytics and promote institutional adoption efforts.
• Gradually enhance Army Vantage skills throughout the period of performance.
• Assist in setting up training environments, datasets, and sample dashboards.
• Provide logistical support and execution for both in-person and virtual training events.
• Aid in the development and updating of training documentation, job aids, and reference materials.
• Support instructors during training sessions, including troubleshooting, student assistance, and setup/teardown activities.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks on training datasets and dashboards.
• Gather training feedback and help document lessons learned and After Action Review (AAR) inputs.
• Assist in the reuse and maintenance of training materials and analytics products.
• Gradually take on limited instructional responsibilities, such as conducting walkthroughs or demonstrations, as skills develop.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, necessitating U.S. citizenship.
• Current Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain one.
• Ability to function in classified and unclassified environments, including NIPRNet systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interactions with military and civilian personnel.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person training and operational support.
• Proven ability to learn new tools, workflows, and operational contexts.
• Team-oriented mindset and adept at collaborating with a diverse group of Army and contractor personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree or progress toward a degree in a technical, analytical, or quantitative field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, which may include internships, labs, or academic projects.
• Basic knowledge of Python or SQL.
• Familiarity with fundamental data analysis and visualization concepts.
• Proven ability to learn new platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation capabilities.
• Preferred: experience with analytics platforms, dashboards, or scripting tools.
• Preferred: coursework in statistics, data science, or operations research.
• Preferred: interest in operational analytics and decision support.
• Preferred: prior military or government exposure.
