Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications utilizing TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Construct APIs, integrations, and services that support Diagrid's AI infrastructure and developer-oriented products.

• Create tools and services that empower developers to reliably build, deploy, manage, and operate AI agents in production environments.

• Take ownership of features from the technical design phase through implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement.

• Develop user-friendly interfaces, APIs, and workflows that streamline complex distributed systems.

• Collaborate with AI, platform, product, and engineering teams to tackle technical challenges and deliver value to customers.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to architectural decisions.

• Engage with distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, integrations, and reliability hurdles in production AI applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong professional background in developing production applications with TypeScript and Node.js.

• Experience in creating modern web applications using React or a comparable front-end framework.

• Solid grasp of backend architecture, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and service integrations.

• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other similar technologies.

• Understanding of cloud-native development, containerization, and contemporary deployment practices.

• Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Capability to independently manage technical projects and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort in a setting where requirements may change.

• Clear communication skills and prior experience working with distributed engineering teams.

• A product-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in understanding the challenges faced by developers and customers.

• Experience developing AI-powered applications, AI agents, or LLM integrations.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, or agent development patterns.

• Background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or microservices.

• Knowledge of Dapr, Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or asynchronous workflows.

• Contributions to open-source projects or experience with developer-focused products.

• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth technology startup environment.

• Availability for a core US overlap window from 8:30 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

• Must be located in India.
