Fullstack Product Engineer – Agentic Development, Next.js, TypeScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Deliver product features end-to-end, including refactoring and bug fixing - 60%

• Enhance our agentic workflow and develop the platform - 20%

• Communicate with the product manager and participate in team ceremonies - 20%

• Collaborate with other members of the development team, the product manager, and Rosťa (CTO).

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in delivering features end-to-end (from design through implementation to production, without handoffs between front-end and back-end).

• Daily work with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and similar). This includes writing AI context documents (CLAUDE.md, Cursor Rules) directly in the repository. Not just "I’ve tried it," but truly active daily usage.

• Deep knowledge of Next.js (App Router) and React (Server components, streaming, performance optimization).

• Competence in backend and SQL at a solid level (authentication/authorization principles, API design, security best practices, and PostgreSQL or other SQL – schema design, query optimization, migrations).

• Product mindset - you don't just fulfill the brief; you can also propose the next steps based on customer needs. You can estimate the business impact of changes.

• Ability to balance shipping speed with code quality.

• Native Czech/Slovak and English at B2+ level.
