Fullstack Engineer, React, Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and develop web applications and front-end components that seamlessly connect with platform APIs using React/TypeScript or a similar modern web stack.

• Create and manage mobile applications that integrate with platform APIs utilizing Flutter.

• Collaborate effectively with the backend team on event-driven architectures using Java microservices.

• Ensure smooth integration between the user interface, backend services, and data layers across various product flows.

• Security & Reliability: Implement financial transaction processes, referral bonus systems, and validation logic.

• Oversee and guide the QA process, establishing standards for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

• Culture & Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO and Product Owner while contributing to the development of engineering processes in a startup environment.

• Partner with the Delivery Manager to ensure rapid product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with a solid background in full-stack delivery (Flutter + modern web frontend).

• Practical experience in modernizing legacy systems and integrating new solutions.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
