Fullstack Engineer – AI Focus, German Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven features from inception to deployment on our Partner's technology stack (Angular, Node/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure).

• Assess and incorporate AI/ML services, APIs, and open-source models to address genuine customer challenges (document processing, root-cause analysis, ERP/MES integrations).

• Define the AI/ML technology stack with genuine ownership over tools, frameworks, and architecture.

• Develop and oversee evaluation frameworks to guarantee that AI outputs adhere to quality, reliability, and safety standards.

• Work in conjunction with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and enhance AI expertise across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with demonstrated hands-on AI/ML expertise (e.g., LLM integration, data pipelines, ML model deployment).

• Solid software engineering principles: crafting well-structured application code (not merely notebooks or scripts) utilizing contemporary development practices.

• Familiarity with cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and OpenAI APIs.

• Knowledge of TypeScript and web frameworks.

• Capability to swiftly transition from proof of concept to production, employing an experimental yet systematic approach.

• Strong conceptual thinking — able to make connections and articulate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
