Fullstack Developer, Node/React – Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack ecosystems utilizing Node.js APIs with frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify, alongside React.js/Next.js interfaces.

• Implement advanced practices for unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

• Enhance Core Web Vitals and improve the efficiency of server-side API utilization.

• Create and refine Design Systems and internal libraries.

• Ensure compliance with WCAG standards for accessibility, along with maintaining technical consistency and scalability.

• Model both relational and non-relational database structures.

• Optimize microservices and messaging architectures.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Advocate for Clean Code practices, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.

• Identify and address critical technical debt.

• Configure and oversee CI/CD pipelines for continuous cloud delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI Design, and Quality Assurance teams.

• Implement observability tools and production monitoring metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Node.js backend development, including REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.

• Proficient in React.js frontend development.

• Experience with database modeling and persistence using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.

• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.

• Practical experience with automated unit, integration, and functional/E2E testing.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD processes, and cloud services like AWS or GCP.

• Experience with production observability metrics and logging.

• Proficient in version control using Git/GitHub.

• Experience with Code Reviews and Pair Programming methodologies.

• Maintained technical documentation effectively.

• Experience in working within agile teams.
