Fullstack Developer – Node, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical and collaborative resource within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices in development.

• Engage in defining and refining system architecture, ensuring that technical choices are in line with long-term goals.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and robustness, which includes advocating for CI/CD practices, conducting code reviews, and embracing security principles (DevSecOps).

• Contribute to the product strategy by participating in the creation of the technical roadmap and assessing new technologies.

• Serve as a proactive advocate for continuous improvement in engineering processes, proposing and implementing enhancements based on data and metrics.

• Assist in the advancement of agile processes by actively engaging in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical refinements.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and other teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business objectives.

• Participate in gathering client requirements and generating technical estimates for projects.

• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables, ensuring the quality, security, and maintainability of applications.

• Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues, maintaining a focus on delivering continuous value.

• Inspire the team through example and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with backend development using Node.js, alongside strong knowledge of frameworks such as NestJS and Express.

• Proficient in frontend development utilizing React.js, including hooks, Context API, and best practices in componentization.

• Mastery of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and principles of functional and object-oriented programming.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.

• Experience with automated testing (unit and integration) using Jest, Supertest, or equivalents.

• Proficient with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Experience in developing AI-based solutions, focusing on AI agents, automations, and MVPs.
